A Naturopathic Doctor (NMD) is a primary care clinician trained in standard medical sciences and a broad range of natural therapies. We integrate evidence-informed diagnostics with personalized, conservative treatment plans.

Most chronic concerns and many acute issues can benefit from naturopathic care for patients of all ages. Common concerns we see include fatigue, frequent colds, digestive issues, blood pressure and cholesterol concerns, blood sugar balance, weight management, mood and sleep issues, PMS and menopause support, and recovery support.

We start with a thorough intake: health history, lifestyle review, and relevant exams or labs. You’ll receive a clear plan focused on your goals, education you can act on, and follow-up to track progress. Expect more time with your provider and a collaborative, root-cause approach.

Licensed NMDs complete pre-medical coursework, are admitted through a competitive process, and graduate from a four-year, accredited naturopathic medical program with two years of supervised clinical training.

We use standard diagnostic tools—history, physical exam, labs, and imaging when indicated—interpreted through a whole-person lens to find underlying causes. Natural therapies are first-line, with rational use of pharmaceuticals or referrals when appropriate.
