Insurance & Payments

Payments for services are due at the time services are rendered, including for products and labs not specifically covered by insurance, unless insurance coverage has been confirmed prior to your appointment

If you are unable to pay at the time of your appointment you may set up to be placed on the Modified Payment Plan PRIOR to your appointment. The MPP allows patients to be seen by the doctor when needed rather than putting off the appointment. Please call for more information on the MPP.

Your insurance plan may or may not list Naturopathic Physicians as providers, but reimbursement may be possible. Naturopathic Physicians are covered by most PPO plans as Out-of-Network physicians. For your information Medicare does not cover Naturopathic Medicine.

If you would like to submit for reimbursement on your own, a supper bill providing a summary of the services rendered, diagnosis and charges applied, will be provided for you to send to your insurance company.

We are now accepting some insurance plans.  If you are interested in having us research if your insurance will cover our services please call the office at 480-296-6173.  At that time we will need your name, the name of the insured, insurance company, Group number and ID, and the mailing address of the insurance company.
